A post partum figure can be very depressing. The loose skin and flab are everything but desirable. The combination of a body that is out of shape with fluctuating hormones can be disastrous. But if you remain persistent, then you should start seeing some significant fat loss. It is important to walk especially when you do not feel like it. Getting rid of baby fat is only half of the battle. Staying persistent and setting small weight loss goals is the other half. Remember not to be hard on yourself. After all, you just gave birth to a child. You will need to expect your weight loss to take some time. It took nine months for the fat to build, and it is likely to take just as long if not longer for it to vanish. You will get there, and you will be glad that you put forth the necessary effort once you lose the weight.
